Lois Lee, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Lois is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at James Madison University and attended George Mason University for her Master of Science in Nursing. She has 16 years combined experience as a Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, which included emergency medicine, gastroenterology, and surgery, before landing in her professional dream specialty of aesthetics. As an aesthetic injector, she finds happiness in helping others feel like the best version of themselves. Whether you want to discuss wrinkles, filler, lasers, skincare, or body treatments, she is always accepting new patients. She is committed to continuing education and participates in trainings whenever possible to stay up to date, as this specialty continually evolves. In her free time, Lois enjoys running, cycling, football, and staying active - when she's not taking care of her 3 boys.

Elena Tanasie, Licensed Master Esthetician & Laser Specialist
Elena is a Master Esthetician who graduated from Christine Valmy International School of Skincare in Europe. With 16 years of professional skincare experience, she has worked in both medical and spa settings, specializing in facial esthetics and laser therapies. Her training includes Hydrafacial, chemical peels, DermaPlane, Lam Probe, IPL and laser hair reduction.
Committed to helping her patients look and feel their best, Elena pays close attention to every individual's needs and goals when helping them select products and services for a customized treatment plan. She believes prevention is the key when it comes to aging gracefully, and that real results are achieved gradually, in a transformative manner.

Staci Westcott, Licensed Master Esthetician
Staci brings 32 years of facial esthetic experience to our Skin Therapy Center team, from both medical and spa settings. Specializing in Hydrafacial, SkinPen Microneedling, and VI Peels, she loves to provide medical esthetic treatments with a spa-like touch.
Staci grew up in a military family, but calls Virginia home. After living in Winchester for many years, she relocated to Fredericksburg and joined the team of specialists at Warrenton Dermatology. She believes everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin, and that beauty comes from confidence. Staci is ready to help you find your confidence.

Lana Tran, Licensed Master Esthetician & Laser Specialist
Lana is a Licensed Master Esthetician, Laser Specialist, and Permanent Makeup Artist who first trained in Vietnam, then continued her esthetic education and training in the U.S. She brings over 15 years of aesthetic and skin care experience to Warrenton Dermatology.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Vietnam and then worked as a customer service manager. The stress from that profession led to severe breakouts on her face and neck, causing Lana to research ways to fix her personal skin problems. It was through that process that she fell in love with all things skin and beauty related, and she decided to pursue a career in aesthetics. Lana has worked with both plastic surgeons and dermatologists, and she looks forward to helping the patients at Warrenton Dermatology to reach their skin care and aesthetic goals. In her free time, Lana enjoys reading and learning about new things.
