Great experience for during procedure! Everyone was very helpful!
Issue after I left. About 1.5 after I started bleeding didn’t realize it. Had taken my husband to ER and while waiting for him to be seen I notice i was bleeding. Had bleed through the gauze, bandaid that was on the biopsy site, through my clothes and was on the chair.
Bleeding would not stop. So I was seen by one of the ER docs. He put on another bandage and bleed through that. He put some quick clot and another bandage on the site and finally stopped.
No I’m not on blood thinners!

Went in for a sun cancer check, had some other skin issues I wanted to ask about as well. Was informed that it had to be one thing or the other, not both. Was hoping to get both things taken care of with same visit. Had to reschedule the skin cancer check for another visit ( another co pay for me). Wanted to get both issues addressed with one visit. I wished I had been informed of this ahead of time. As it is, it’s difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

Many thanks to Jacqueline for getting me an appointment so quickly as new patient. (Urgent Care recommended follow up for rash, possible lime disease.) Jacqueline was extremely helpful w/ all aspects of my visit. As for medical attention, Danielle was very thorough, answered all my questions & will gladly use her for all my dermatology needs in future.

The front desk was so nice especially Stephanie. She treated us with smiles and stickers. It really put my child at ease. They also answered all my questions and provided me with the appropriate paperwork since I have a minor and may need a grandparent to bring my children in. The provider was very gentle and provided great options to treat my child’s condition. It was a fantastic experience all around.

The front desk staff and nurses I encountered were wonderful. They were friendly and welcoming. While Ms. Bunch was very thorough while performing my skin screening, which I appreciate, she gave very little explanation of her findings. I had several pre-cancerous spots on my face removed with liquid nitrogen and a biopsy taken. She gave no explanation of the procedure or aftercare, just have me a paper as she sent me out the door. This was my first time having any of these procedures, and I left feeling worried and unsure of the condition of my skin because no education was provided after my screening,
