Friendly and competent receptionist; I didn't have to give my name when checking in. Medical nurse also professional. Dr. Caballero and I are well acquainted. His treatment of my scalp ailment was exactly what was needed; follow-up instructions were clear and will no doubt lead to full recovery.

The ladies who tended me made me feel safe and assured I was getting the best of care. Answered my questions so I left a lot smarter than when I started.
They found a new possible squamous and biopsied it so I didn’t have to schedule another visit.
Only negative: It’s cold in there.

Desk staff were quick to get the paperwork out and did a good job explaining it. Professional staff were also thorough in their preparation, explanation and execution in examining me then taking the appropriate action to deal with what they found. I would rate them as five out of five stars!
